We here at www.YESDAQ.com take any sorts of fraud seriously. Whether it is PayPal fraud/credit card fraud, or Google Checkout fraud, we will cooperate with relevant companies, as well as local, state, and federal law enforcement officials to apprehend the individuals or groups behind this.
YESDAQ is committed to the prevention and prosecution any kind of fraud. In the rare event that a fraudulent order passes our internal screening process, we will report the fraudulent activities to the appropriate legal authorities and provide those authorities with the necessary information to complete an arrest and prosecution. We will also initiate civil action against suspects by providing the appropriate authorities with all relevant information. Besides, ISPs will be notified of fraudulent activities and they will punish the suspect according to their User Agreement and/or Acceptable User Policies.
