NOT TO LOG IN YOUR ACCOUNT
When you checkout a power leveling order and email us the login & password, you agree not to logon your account. This is to prevent from any possible account banning and it is to protect the interests of both parties. The not-to-log-in requirement still valid even the power leveler is not in the game.
The game operator will ban accounts with multi-access or unusual access from different IP address. Between the time that your account information has been transmitted to us and the time when we complete your order, any other party will not / should not use the account except our professional leveling gamers.
CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD BEFORE AND AFTER THE ORDER
Before you purchase our services, we strongly suggest you to change your password to prevent any 3rd party from modifying your account while under our service. After complete your order, we will change your password and give you the update one. In doing so, the multi-access can be minimized.
Upon the completion of the order, you can change your password again. We hold no responsibility for any activity that happen at the conclusion of the power leveling process.
THE TIMEFRAME OF YOUR POWER LEVELING ORDER.
We do not conducting the power leveling work according to your time frame. We hold no responsibility if you log into the game while the power leveler is working on it.
TRACK THE PROGRESS OF YOUR ORDER
If you want to check the update of your power leveling you can just press the button of "Power Leveling Progress Updates". By entering the order number and the email address that you provided while you make the order, you will know the details of the power leveling progress, including character name, the starting level and the current level etc. In this way, you will be able to know the progress from time to time without the need to log into the game or approach our customer service representatives.
Alternatively, you can check the status of your character by going to “http://www.worldofwarcraft.com” then go to “Realm Status and Log in using your World of Warcraft Account name and Password. From there, you can choose “select your character.” A list of your characters is provided with their level at the last logout.
TRANSFER YOUR EXCESS GOLD OR TRANSFERABLE ITEMS IN YOUR ACCOUNT.
We STRONGLY advise you to transfer excess gold or transferable items to another account for safekeeping. Depending on the situation we'll add gold / items to your character to perform certain duties and the amount spent / gained while performing those duties can lead to confusion. It's easier for everyone to keep track of an empty account than a full one.
READ USER AGREEMENT CAREFULLY
There is an inherent risk with overlooking the User Agreement of any online game. We take all available measures to protect the integrity of your account. We're asking you to do the same. If any of the aforementioned criteria are not observed, the safety of your account is in jeopardy and we cannot offer any compensation in the event of a problem with the game company.
